Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Advanced Cleanup Program

Program Description

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection, in accordance with Section 376.30713, F.S., will accept Advanced Cleanup Program applications submitted between November 1, 2026, and on or before 4:00 p.m. on December 30, 2026, for Individual and Bundled sites. For this application period, the Department will allocate up to $12.5 million.
