Program Description
The purpose of this program is to build and strengthen community infrastructure and readiness to support early intervention, community-led suicide prevention, and resiliency efforts for adults who are at risk for suicide.
Eligibility
community-based primary care or behavioral health care settings; an emergency department; state mental health agency; public health agency; territory of the United States; Indian tribe or tribal organization
