U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) Specialized Human Trafficking Assistance: Task Forces and Legal Services
Program Description
The purpose of this program is to provide support for organizations to deliver specialized training and assistance on data driven investigative techniques to identify human trafficking, successful prosecutorial approaches, and strategies for effectively implementing multidisciplinary partnerships; and to provide support for organizations to provide specialized training to Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) anti-trafficking grantees on human trafficking legal issues.
Eligibility
private, public, and state controlled institutions of higher education; nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education; for-profit organizations; and small businesses
