U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) Intellectual Property Enforcement Program: Protecting Public Health, Safety, and the Economy from Counterfeit Goods and Product Piracy
Program Description
The purpose of this program is to support existing or the creation of new law enforcement agency intellectual property (IP) enforcement task forces.
Eligibility
city, township, county, special district, and state governments; Native American tribal governments and organizations; and other units of local government, such as towns, boroughs, parishes, villages, or other general purpose political subdivisions of a state
