Program Description
The purpose of this program is to strengthen the role of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs) and Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) in the future of space exploration.
Eligibility
two-year or four-year institutions designated and listed by the U.S. Department of Education as Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs) and Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) at the time of proposal submission, including public, state-controlled, and private institutions
