Citi Foundation Blueprint for Housing Opportunity
Program Description
The purpose of this program is to provide capital support to not-for-profit housing developers across the U.S. as they work to build and preserve affordable housing for low income American households. Grants from the 2026 Housing Supply RFP will support programs that aim to achieve either or both of the following outcomes: Preserve Existing Affordable Housing and/or Advance New Housing Development.
Eligibility
tax-exempt public charities as per Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Organizations must operate in at least one of the Foundation’s target markets
