Program Description
The purpose of this program is to support market-based solutions that strengthen the environment for foreign investment in sub-Saharan Africa through transparent and competitive processes, creating sustainable economic growth in two strategic focus areas.
Eligibility
U.S. and non-U.S. for-profit companies and organizations; U.S. and non-U.S. not-for-profit organizations; U.S. and non-U.S. public and private institutions of higher education; and public international organizations
