Program Description
The purpose of this program is to provide support to stranding and entanglement network participants for recovery and treatment of stranded marine mammals; data collection from stranded marine mammals; facility upgrades and operation costs directly related to eligible activities; and activities that enhance stranding network capacity.
Eligibility
Stranding or Entanglement Response Network participants or members in good standing within city, township, county, special district, and state governments; Native American tribal governments and organizations; private, public, and state controlled institutions of higher education; nonprofits; for-profit organizations; and small businesses
