Program Description
The purpose of this program is to support evidence-based research, demonstration projects, innovative strategies, and similar activities designed to build and enhance the ability of elementary schools and secondary schools nationwide to identify gifted and talented students and meet their special educational needs.
Eligibility
applicants that are one or more of the following: state educational agency (SEA); local educational agency (LEA); Bureau of Indian Education (BIE); institution of higher education (IHE); other public agency; or other private agency or organization
