Miami-Dade County Funding Opportunities for HIV-Related Services and Supports in Miami-Dade County

Program Description

The Miami-Dade County Ryan White Program (RWP), administered by the County's Office of Management and Budget (OMB) announces a competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) grant making process for the delivery of direct client services that improve access to care for people with HIV, improve their health outcomes, and reduce new HIV infections. Year one contracts are anticipated to run from March 1, 2027 through February 29, 2028, with renewal options. August 21, 2026 (5:00 p.m.) is the anticipated date/time for opening the Ryan White Program RFP for Direct Client Services: Part A, MAI, and EHE (RFP No. RW-DS-0327). Funding is available for Part A, Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI), and Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) services. These include Core Medical Services essential for health, Support Services that remove barriers, and Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) Initiatives for innovative strategies and interventions to improve health outcomes and reduce new HIV infections. An estimated $31,437,295 is available. Deadline: Proposal submission - 11:59 PM on September 28, 2026.
