Program Description

The purpose of this program is to provide support for rural communities to drive measurable improvements in access to integrated, coordinated treatment and recovery services for substance use disorder (SUD), including opioid use disorder (OUD).

Eligibility

these types of domestic organizations: city, township, county, special district, and state governments; Native American tribal governments and organizations; independent school districts; private, public, and state controlled institutions of higher education; nonprofits; for-profit organizations; small businesses; public/Indian housing authorities; and faith-based organizations
