U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) Legal Assistance for Victims of Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Stalking, and Sexual Assault Grant Program
Program Description
The purpose of this program is to increase access to legal assistance for victims of domestic/dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking who are seeking relief in legal matters relating to or arising out of that abuse or violence.
Eligibility
Indian Tribal governments, including Tribal organizations; private nonprofit entities; Territorial organizations; Tribal nonprofit organizations; publicly funded organizations not acting in a governmental capacity, such as law schools; public and state-controlled institutions of higher education (law schools); and private institutions of higher education (law schools)
