The purpose of this program is to support high-quality research that contributes to understanding of housing issues in the United States and provides practical data to help local, state, and federal leaders make better policy decisions.
Eligibility
philanthropic entities (those 501(c)(3) organizations that officially fund research or charity work), other federal agencies, state or local governments and their agencies, Indian Tribes, tribally designated housing entities, colleges or universities
