Program Description
The purpose of this program is to support the implementation and delivery of mentoring services to youth populations that are at risk or high risk for delinquency, victimization, and going into the juvenile justice system. Mentoring services can be one-on-one, group, peer, or a combination of these types.
Eligibility
city, township, county, special district, and state governments; other units of local government (towns, boroughs, parishes, villages, or other general purpose political subdivisions of a state); Native American tribal governments (federally recognized); independent school districts; private, public, and state controlled institutions of higher education; and nonprofits
