U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) Arctic Doctoral Dissertation Research Improvement Grants (Arctic DDRIG) Arctic Social Sciences, Arctic System Sciences, and Arctic Observing Network

Program Description

The purpose of this program is to support dissertation-level research about and related to the Arctic region. The programs that are currently accepting Dissertation Research Improvement Grants (DDRIGs) proposals are the Arctic Social Sciences (ASSP), Arctic System Science (ARCSS), and Arctic Observing Network (AON) Programs.

Eligibility

Institutions of Higher Education (IHEs) (two- and four-year IHEs, including community colleges, accredited in, and having a campus located in the U.S., acting on behalf of their faculty members)
