Program Description
The purpose of this program is to increase water supplies by reducing the costs, energy requirements, and other barriers to adoption of treating impaired water for beneficial uses. This program supports projects to conduct innovative laboratory and pilot-scale water treatment research.
Eligibility
city, township, county, special district, and state governments; Native American tribal governments and organizations; independent school districts; private, public, and state controlled institutions of higher education; nonprofits; for-profit organizations; small businesses; public/Indian housing authorities; and individuals
