Program Description
The purpose of this program is to provide training and technical assistance to Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use Program (COSSUP) grantees to address technical operational challenges to improve responses to overdose deaths, illicit opioids, stimulants, and other substances.
Eligibility
private, public, and state controlled institutions of higher education; nonprofits; for-profit organizations; and small businesses
