Program Description
The purpose of this program is to support the delivery of comprehensive, high-quality preventive and primary health care services in the United States and its territories. For each Service Area Competition (SAC) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), service areas available for competition are announced in the Service Area Announcement Table (SAAT).
Eligibility
city, township, county, special district, and state governments; Native American tribal governments and organizations; nonprofits; and public/Indian housing authorities
