U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Administration for Children and Families (ACF) Placement and Coordination Program
Program Description
The purpose of this program is to provide support to diversify providers of Placement and Coordination (PC) services through awards to eligible organizations not currently implementing the Program of Initial Resettlement (PIR). New providers will strengthen the national resettlement framework by contributing unique innovations and perspectives.
Eligibility
city, township, county, and special district governments; Native American tribal governments and organizations; independent school districts; private, public, and state controlled institutions of higher education; nonprofits; and public/Indian housing authorities
