U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) Training and Services to End Violence and Abuse Against Individuals with Disabilities and Deaf People Program (Disability Grant Program)

Program Description

The purpose of this program is to support training and information on domestic/dating violence, stalking, sexual assault, and caregiver abuse against individuals with disabilities and Deaf people and to enhance direct services to such individuals.

Eligibility

Government Entities: state governments; Indian Tribal governments or Tribal organizations; and units of local government. Nonprofit Entities (with 501(c)(3) status with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)): victim service providers; Tribal nonprofit organizations; and nonprofit, nongovernmental organizations serving individuals with disabilities and Deaf people
