U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) Rural Violent Crime Reduction Initiative
Program Description
The purpose of this program is to support local law enforcement in rural jurisdictions to prevent, respond to, and reduce violent crime.
Eligibility
city, township, county, special district, and state governments; Native American tribal governments; and units of local government (towns, boroughs, parishes, villages, or other general purpose political subdivisions of a state)
