U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) Strengthening Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Technological Investigative Capacity
Program Description
The purpose of this program is to increase the technological investigative capacity and associated training of Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force personnel nationwide through the development, refinement, and advancement of widely used investigative tools, methods, and technologies that address child sexual abuse material (CSAM), exploitation, and sex trafficking.
Eligibility
city, township, county, special district, and state governments; Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized); private, public, and state controlled institutions of higher education; nonprofits; for-profit organizations; and small businesses
