U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) Juvenile Drug Treatment Court Program
Program Description
The purpose of this program is to provide support to implement new or enhance existing juvenile drug treatment courts (JDTCs) to improve outcomes for youth with substance use disorders or co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.
Eligibility
city, township, county, and state governments; and Native American tribal governments (federally recognized)
