U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) Innovative Traffic Safety Enforcement (ITSE) Grant Program
Program Description
The purpose of this program is to support applicants who can develop, demonstrate, and evaluate new, innovative traffic safety enforcement projects or innovative enhancements to existing countermeasures that address risky driving behaviors contributing to the greatest number of crashes.

a state or local agency, authority, association, educational institution, or nonprofit organization
