Program Description
The purpose of this program is to provide support for organizations to help all eligible Indian and Native Americans (INA), including Alaska Natives and Native Hawaiians, with employment, financial assistance for education and training, and other supportive services necessary to achieve economic self-sufficiency.
Eligibility
Native American tribal governments and organizations; and nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
