U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) Services for Victims of Technology-Facilitated Abuse
Program Description
The purpose of this program is to support victim services to address technology-facilitated abuse (TFA). TFA includes, but is not limited to, crimes commonly referred to as image-based sexual abuse, non-consensual distribution of intimate images, sextortion, synthetic intimate images (“deepfakes”), online stalking, harassment, and abuse.
Eligibility
city, township, county, special district, and state governments; other units of local government; Native American tribal governments and organizations; independent school districts; private, public, and state controlled institutions of higher education; nonprofits; and public/Indian housing authorities
