Florida Department of Health (FDOH) Targeted Outreach for Pregnant Women Act (TOPWA)
Program Description
The purpose of this program is to support organizations capable of delivering targeted outreach and linkage services for pregnant women who are living with HIV, at heightened risk of HIV acquisition, or facing barriers to adequate prenatal care. The program aims to identify and engage these women early, connect them to appropriate prenatal and HIV-related services, and support their continued engagement throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period.
Eligibility
applicants located in Broward, Duval, Hillsborough, Miami-Dade, Orange, Palm Beach and Pinellas counties. Applicants must provide services and have a physical office located in the area where they are proposing to implement projects
