Program Description
The purpose of this program is to support research and evaluation projects to understand the needs of crime victims and survivors and to help improve services they receive.
Eligibility
city, township, county, special district, and state governments; Native American tribal governments and organizations; independent school districts; private, public, and state controlled institutions of higher education; nonprofits; for-profit organizations; and small businesses
