U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Research Grants for Preventing Interpersonal Violence and Suicide Among Youth and Young Adults

Program Description

The purpose of this program is to provide support to conduct studies focused on preventing interpersonal violence or suicide involving youth or young adults (ages 10–24 years), including child abuse and neglect, intimate partner violence, sexual violence, suicide, and youth violence.

Eligibility

city, township, county, special district, and state governments; Native American tribal governments and organizations; independent school districts; private, public, and state controlled institutions of higher education; nonprofits; for-profit organizations; small businesses; public/Indian housing authorities; faith-based organizations; and bona fide agents applying on behalf of state, territorial, local, and tribal government organizations
